  • Swapify Private Limited holds the right to accept or reject a product on the basis of authenticity check, quality, and other market standards.

  • Swapify Private Limited is not obliged to make any pre-payments for the products that it may purchase. Payment will be made to the seller/delivery partner at Swap & Style’s official stores or experiential zones, as listed below after due diligence of the package received.

  • Swapify Private Limited shall pay the seller in form of cash, bank transfer or store credit as mutually agreed with the seller.
